Now Recruiting Founding Members

Grande Living Small Business Circle

I am building something from scratch — a small circle of committed local business owners in Casa Grande and Pinal County who want to refer each other with confidence, hold each other accountable, and build something meaningful together. This group does not exist yet. That is exactly why I want the right people at the table from the start.

Become a Founding Member

Tell me about you and your business.

There is no membership packet yet, no fixed structure, no pre-written playbook. That is the whole point — the founding members will build all of it together. How we meet, what we expect from each other, and what makes it worth showing up. If you are a business owner in the Casa Grande or Pinal County area and you want to help shape this from day one, I would love to hear from you.

What We Will Build Together

This is not a group you join. It is a group you help create.

You Help Build the Foundation

Nothing about this group is pre-set. The founding members — including you — will decide together how often we meet, what the expectations are, and what makes it worth showing up. Your voice will shape the culture of this circle from its very first conversation.

Build Real Referral Relationships

This is not about collecting business cards or exchanging elevator pitches. The goal is to get to know each other well enough that you genuinely trust sending your clients to another member — and know they will be taken care of.

Establish Business Practices That Raise the Bar

Together, we will establish practices that reflect the kind of businesses we want to be — how we show up for our clients, how we represent ourselves in the community, and how we support each other's growth over time.

Hold Each Other Accountable

Every founding member commits to showing up and contributing. Not in a rigid way — but because we are building something from nothing, and it only works if the people in the room take it seriously and follow through on what they say they will do.

Who I Am Looking For

Business owners in Casa Grande and Pinal County who want to be part of building something meaningful from the very beginning — not just join a group that already exists. If you care about your reputation, value accountability and genuine relationships, and want a seat at the table while we are still deciding what the table looks like, I want to hear from you.

Industries We Welcome

You run a real business and you want to be part of building something.

The Grande Living Small Business Circle is not limited to any one industry — and it is not limited to real estate. Since we are building this group together from the start, the founding members will help shape who it serves and how it works. I welcome any local business owner who shows up with integrity and wants to be involved from day one.

Financial Services

Lenders, mortgage professionals, financial advisors, CPAs, and insurance agents who help people protect and grow their resources.

Home Services

Inspectors, contractors, HVAC, landscapers, pool service, pest control, and other professionals who keep properties in great shape.

Legal & Title

Real estate attorneys, estate planning professionals, title and escrow officers who guide major decisions with clarity.

Health & Wellness

Chiropractors, therapists, fitness professionals, medical providers, and wellness practitioners who serve the local community.

Real Estate & Related

Fellow REALTORS, property managers, stagers, photographers, and moving professionals who value client-first service.

Other Local Businesses

Marketing professionals, IT services, event planners, photographers, and any other local business owner who wants to help build something real.

Not sure if your business is a fit? Reach out anyway. The founding members will set the group's values together — I am looking for people who care about accountability, education, and genuine relationships, not a specific industry label.

The best time to help build something meaningful is before it takes shape.

The Grande Living Small Business Circle is being built right now, and I am looking for business owners in Casa Grande and Pinal County who want to help create it — not just join it later. Early members help decide how the group operates, what it stands for, and who it serves. If that sounds like you, fill out the form above or reach out directly.
