About

About Queen Creek

Queen Creek sits in the far southeastern corner of the Phoenix metro, at the base of the San Tan Mountains, mostly in Maricopa County with a portion of the town extending into Pinal County. Incorporated in 1989, it has grown from a small farming community into one of the fastest-growing towns in the East Valley.

New master-planned neighborhoods with parks, schools, and community amenities have filled in around the town’s agricultural past. Local favorites like the Queen Creek Olive Mill, Schnepf Farms, and Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre keep that farm character close, and the historic town center hosts events through the year.

US-60 and SR-24 connect Queen Creek to Chandler, Gilbert, and the rest of the East Valley for work and services, with downtown Phoenix roughly 35 miles to the northwest.
